This course is designed to be "interactive" -- meaning that YOUR participation is crucial. Since we will be conducting this class using the internet, it is imperative that you make the time to be as active in this class as you can be. The course is divided into two sections: the study section and the discussion session. With the study session, you will download the lesson and complete the lesson in the privacy of your own home and at your leisure. I simply ask that you do complete as much of each lesson as possible and that you contact me if you have any questions or if anything confuses you. There is no reason to "stop" the class or to not take part. The second part of the class (the discussion session) will require you to log onto the discussion board after you have completed the lesson's activities. You will need to register at the discussion board in order to take part in the discussion sessions. I encourage you to go there and to spend some time familiarizing yourself with how it operates. I have posted a question for you to talk about and to discuss as a way of learning how to use it. Enough with the directions! Let's get down to business.
