Spiritual Formation, as I use the term, is the intentional practice of committing oneself to prayer and reflection. It is not the practice through which one seeks to become "holier than thou" or to become "other worldly". Rather, we seek to be spiritual because we are called to give glory and honor to God Almighty. As we intentionally focus upon our spirituality we become more and more aware of the presence of God in our daily lives. This is a process that never ends and a process that will daily lead us to a closer walk with our Father. We begin our journey through Spiritual Formation by focusing upon prayer.
